Motivated by finding solutions for clients’ challenges, Thorsten started his consulting career in 2001 – initially in industry and trade, then in the healthcare / life sciences sector from 2006 onwards. Participating in a plethora of projects in combination with interim management roles (ranging from big Pharma to healthcare start-ups) he familiarized himself with several areas throughout the healthcare value chain. His main focus and expertise? Project & interim management, launch management, business development, and business excellence, which he puts into practice with great enthusiasm.
